Short Description of the Training Course: The Cultural Diversity Training Course (4.3.) will be held in Aksarayy, Turkiye. Aksaray is an ancient and intercultural city - in the middle (3 hours to capital Ankara ) of Turkiye - where the inhabitants of it are from different cultures and three celestial religions such as Christianity, Jewish and Islam. People from different religions and cultures live in peace through the ages. So the city could be a suitable area for the fieldwork in the means of intercultural learning sustainable peace understanding for the Youth Leaders / Youth Workers.
The main issues of the course will be Intercultural Learning, Social Exclusion & Social Inclusion, Identities, Aksaray Dynayouth Club: Aksaray Dynayouth Club is a youth enterprise and club whose memers are the university students at the department of economics in Aksaray University in Turkiye . It has involved in two Youth in Action projects one of which is as a organizer. You can have a look at our latest project activities at our website:

Board & Lodging: will be provided in the frame of EU YiA program.
Travel costs: %70 per cent of the travel expenses will be reimbursed in the frame of EU YiA program (Economy class - 2nd class train ticket).
Target group: The Training Course is designed for Youth Workers / Youth Leaders from European Union YiA Programme countries dealing with youth groups, NGO's and clubs, associations that works on youth issues and working in a multicultural environment. We expect 4 participants and 1 leade from 12 programme countries
Aims & Objectives:
- To have an understanding of Cultural Diversity and cultural issues
- To work and co-operate in a multicultural / multilingual / multireligous environment with the Youth Leaders / Youth Workers
- To establish a sustainable Cultural Diversity environment
- Intercultural Learning through Social Inclusion & Social Exclusion
Working Language: Working Language of the Training Course will be English
