The successful student will take up a project placement with Syngenta Seeds as part of the MSc programme. The MSc in Crop Improvement examines crop improvement through advances in resource use efficiency and modern crop improvement and breeding techniques. Focusing upon the understanding of plant to crop systems, and with an emphasis on research training, the course is ideally suited to those wishing to pursue careers in research institutes, plant breeding, agro-industry and advance to higher research degree.
Due to funding restrictions students must be Home/EU for fees purposes and must hold an offer for a place on the course.
