UK: Summer at Oxford

We have some interesting updates for you concerning our 2011 summer course. 2011 is likely to be the busiest summer since we began, and already over 20 nationalities are represented.

* We still have a limited number of residential places in the University. Students must be at least 16....this is a memorable experience, with the opportunity to live and study like an Oxford student. Early confirmation is essential.

For students who prefer homestay (or hostel) there are still opportunities to experience something of the university, since many classes are held there (www.ox.ac.uk). Juniors will again be at the famous ChristChurch prep school (www.cccs.org.uk)

* We are now offering the exams of IEERA (International English Education Research Association) as an option for teachers and advanced students attending our summer programmes . These exams are recognised in over 100 countries, and offer teachers a valuable TESOL qualification and advanced students a Proficiency qualification. It is essential that the exams are pre-booked.

* Summer students may now opt to pre-purchase a UK StudyPack when booking their programme. This is of enormous benefit on arrival, especially for students new to the UK. It includes, amongst other things, a fast-track bank account service, a prepaid Mastercard, and a UK phone number with prepaid credit and talk time.
