Dear all,
With reference to the resolution IP04 "Developing JEF human resources and organisational capacities" that was passed at the last JEF-Europe Congress held in Strasbourg, the Secretariat [together with the EB] would like to induct an Open Call for Trainers that is aimed at reaching the vast potential of human resources the organisation assembles. This Call endeavours to bring about together the most qualified young people from the organisation in the Pool of Trainers' database which aim will be that of raising the prominence and standard of future JEF activities.
The initial proposal came from the fruitful co-operation of few directly elected members of the Federal Committee nevertheless; the ultimate decision on the Pool of Trainers' database will be taken by the Secretariat and the JEF-Europe EB.
In addition we would like to highlight that when concluding the selection procedure, a special attention will be paid to the applicant's organisational and political skills since these two are the core facets we are looking for in a trainer.
In the light of this fact, we encourage those youth workers/leaders that consider their skills to be in line with what JEF-Europe requires out of the Pool of Trainers to fill out the attached application form and send it back to the secretariat on info@jef-europe. net . We would also kindly ask you to forward this Call to all those interested members from your national/regional/ local section.
The deadline within which to submit your application is the 10th October 2006.
