Conference topics cover scientific and clinical aspects of biomedical engineering. The mission of the Conference is to consolidate the efforts of engineers, physicians, and scientists working in hospitals, clinics, research and education institutions and companies from different countries for solving health care problems related with diagnostic, therapy, medical information, networking computer aided
decision support and clinical engineering technologies.
