PhD-Fellowships: Marie Curie Early Stage Training Programme 'NovoBrain'

Two PhD Fellowships are currently available for a period of 36 months, immediately, as part of a Marie Curie Early Stage Training programme 'NovoBrain'. The PhD fellows will be integrated into the PhD curriculum of the International Graduate School of Neuroscience (http://www.rub. de/igsn) at the Ruhr University Bochum and will participate in training as part of the 'NovoBrain'- programme (http://www.rub. de/novobrain). Training will culminate in a PhD in Neuroscience.

The following research projects are still available:

Supervised by Professor Karl Zilles (Juelich):
1. Molecular architecture of the human amygdala: transmitter receptors or
2. Retrosplenial cortex and autobiographical memory

Supervised from Professor Heinz Beck (Bonn):
3. Cellular mechanisms of synaptic plasticity or
4. Language representation in humans
