This workshop will take place in Bucharest, Romania at “POLITEHNICA” University from 10 to 13 October 2006. It is targeted at Senior Officers of Internet and Telecommunications Service Providers involved in Strategic Marketing, Business

• to explain the market forces in a context of convergent technologies of fixed and mobiles towards next generation networks.
• to investigate the impact of broadband services in a competitive environment and to investigate the profitability of such services.
• to evaluate the profitability and sustainability of projects and development plans through the operation of economic models.
• to exchange experiences and points of view about the implementation of new services in the sub-region.
