1 Early Stage Researcher fellowship is currently available as part of the Marie Curie Research Training Network (MC-RTN) “SolarNType” funded by the European Commission through its 6th Framework Program. The aim of this research network is characterization of novel n-type organic semiconductors and their application in organic solar cells.
The fellow is expected to participate in integrative research projects applying a variety of methodologies used for organic semiconductor characterization (transport measurements, optical characterization and characterization of thin films with various techniques). In addition thin film organic solar cells should be prepared, characterized and optimized. Thus, the fellows will receive comprehensive training in a variety of research areas relevant to the project.
