Macedonia - municipal service center/one stop shop center expertise
Position: adviser/trainer in municipal citizen information centers
Tasks:
- to participate in the preparation of national strategy for developing municipal service centers;
- to carry out needs assessment among staff in the municipal service centers with the final aim
- to contribute for the writing of a handbook of guidelines and procedures for a total quality management system of the Municipal service centers
Duration: 40—50 days
Possible start date: December 2007 till February 2008
Additional info: experience with municipal citizen information centers (one stop shops), methodological experience in writing handbooks/ guidelines; min. 7 years of
professional experience, fluent English, previous international experience (preferably in Balkan/ transition countries)
