The EU-funded Networks of Excellence DiMI ('Diagnostic Molecular Imaging') and EMIL ('European Molecular Imaging Laboratories') are organising a summer school on cardiovascular applications of molecular imaging from 1 to 4 September in Münster, Germany.
The summer school is intended to introduce doctoral students and young researchers to the field of molecular imaging and encourage scientific discussion.
Combining, lectures, demonstrations and practical sessions, the four-day event will address a range of subjects relevant to the field, including various imaging techniques, basic physiology of the cardiovascular system, angiogenesis and regenerative therapies, cardiac diseases in humans, animal models of cardiovascular disease, development of contrast agents and radiopharmaceutical s, to name but a few examples.
The event is open to all interested researchers and students.
