The postholders will significantly focus on research in the field of human rights with an emphasis on transitional justice (broadly defined). The postholders will be expected to undertake some teaching and administration. Applicants must have a track record in delivering successful research outputs in the form of publications and other research related indicators of esteem. Subject to satisfactory performance, the postholders may be appointed to a permanent lecturer post at the end of five years. (Three posts.)
