International Winter Camp Borderland is a completely fresh and new international event that will use all the experience and proved integration methods of Zabinki camp to challenge new themes and surroundings. It will take place in the region of Suwalszczyzna, which is the Polish-Lithuanian border region located in the north-eastern Poland. The resort is located in the village of Kukle, in the middle of virgin forests, at the shore of a lake. This brings the unique experience one of the largest unspoiled nature complexes in Europe has to offer. The camp is designed for young people (aged 21-30) from all over Europe. Our participants are university students, graduates, youth workers, NGO members and young professionals. The program
includes different kinds of activities and fosters non-formal education, integration and intercultural learning.

The camp's main goal is to experience the one-of-a-kind culture of the cross-border region, feel the local spirit and see how different cultures can clash and pervade at the same time. The event is also about integration and creating an international community of young people - giving them an opportunity to make friends, learn new skills and gain better understanding of cultural diversity.
