The Japan Foundation’s Fellowship for Intellectual Exchange 2010-2011

The Japanese government organized a scholarship program called "Japan Foundation’s Fellowship for Intellectual Exchange 2010-2011".The fellowship program aims to assist in the development of a new generation of intellectual leaders who are familiar with Japan and are able to incorporate topics related to Japan to their own field of research in future.

They are who entitled to apply are scholars, researchers (except undergraduate and graduate students), journalists and professionals who are engaged in research activities in the fields of humanities or social sciences, or others who have practical experience in research, media, or non-profit organisations.They have adequate proficiency in the English language to conduct research in Japan.
The applicants ages must be under 45 years on April 1, 2010 and should be nationals or permanent residents in Qatar.

The program will include round-trip air ticket and living allowance and will be held during the 30 and 60 days(May 20, 2010, to March 25, 20

Opportunity to apply the program will be given until January 4, 2010
