SAM, The Center for Strategic Research of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Turkey, invites foreign and Turkish academicians to submit manuscripts of their original paper (which haven't been published anywhere before) for possible publication in the Journal of Perceptions, Spring Issue No.1 and Summer Issue No.2 of year 2008.
Topic: Any subject related to international political relations, regional issues, security and defense matters.

An honorarium will be paid for each article published in the Quarterly.
