In this intercultural exchange and personal development training, the participants will work mainly on their personal development and skills as youth leaders. The programme will take place in one of the most beautiful tourist resorts of Romanian mountains-Vatra Dornei.
The training will give you the possibility to have memorable learning experiences based on progressive education methods (adventure, experiential, peer and intercultural learning). Through exciting and challenging tasks (outdoor adventure, workshops, consensus building assignments, sports exercises) we will learn to be more tolerant, and to create success, while enjoying life being also disseminators of the core European values.
Activity days: 6th April 2008- 13th April 2008
Title: First Step, Synergy Group Training
Who can apply: any young person, aged between 18 and 28, from the participating countries
Goals: Develop leadership skills while experiencing tolerance and European values
Participant countries: Italy, Netherlands, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania
Deadline: Application before 1st of March, 2008
Selection: as selection criteria are fulfilled like written in application form we use a chronological system of selection. (in order of receiving applications)
Date: Arrival date: 5nd of April, 2008 during the whole day
Start of the program: 6rd of April, 2008 at 10.00
Departure day: 14th of April 2008, before 10.00
In total there are 8 working days.
