We would like to bring to your attention ICAFs 28th Conference on Fish & Seafood, Anthropological and Nutritional Perspectives, that will be held in Crete, Greece this coming May/June.
The conference aims to provide a multidisciplinary approach to the role of fish and seafood in the human diet from ancient times to the present. Topics that will be discussed include nutritional and dietary aspects of fish consumption, as well as, paleontological, archaeological, symbolic, and ideological issues related to fish and
seafood.
A preliminary scientific and social programme has been arranged and the deadline for abstract submission is March 15, 2009.
