The Kimberly-Clark International Scholar Award is granted to highly qualified new international students who enroll at Marquette University from countries where Kimberly-Clark Corp. maintains a presence (see list of eligible countries below). Students must demonstrate academic excellence in previous studies. The award is available to those who apply for admission to major in biology, chemistry, computer science, math, any business major, or any engineering major. Marquette University, established in 1881 by the Catholic Jesuits, is a private university and is consistently ranked in the top 100 American universities.

Open to Students from: South Africa, China, Korea, Republic of Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Bahrain Israel, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Canada, Australia

Average Award Amount:
$4,000-6,000

Award Coverage:
Partial tuition.

Award Duration:
Renewable up to 8 semesters

Award Deadline:
March for Fall enrollment

Eligibility Requirements:
Must meet all requirements for undergraduate admission. The Kimberly-Clark International Scholar Award is based on evidence of high academic achievement, not based on financial need. Grades and class rank are important, and standardized test results are considered when available. Student involvement, character, and leadership are also considered. Applicant must apply for admission to major in biology, chemistry, computer science, math, any business major, or any engineering major. Applicants must be a citizen of a country where Kimberly-Clark Corp. has a presence.

Application Instructions:
Complete all admission procedures for international undergraduates. No separate financial aid or scholarship application is required, but applicants are encouraged to provide additional documentation about the quality of their previous achievement.
