“Youth Work for Social Inclusion for Young People from Minorities”
Smolyan, 14th August – 18th August 2006
The seminar aims at all groups of disadvantaged young people, which we call – according to the newer understanding of discrimination – minorities.
Participants in our seminar will be young people from minorities and their leaders from neighboring countries in the Balkan Region: Bulgaria Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Greece and Turkey and their experience will share their colleagues from one the biggest European youth minority organizations: Minorities of Europe.
The seminar aims at providing a platform for discussions, sharing similar problems and looking for collaborative solutions, exchange of best practices and creating international networks for minority youth projects.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
TRAVEL EXPENSES
Travel expenses are 70% reimbursed according to the following rules:
1. The flight’s departure and return points are the closest international airport to the participant’s usual residence,
2. The travel destination is Sofia or Plovdiv (highly recommended). Participants are requested to arrive on August 5th before 12.00 h.
3. The flight and/or bus is based on the cheapest fare available in the issuing country. However TRAVEL total cost for each participant cannot exceed the amount of 300 Euro.
4. Participants from neihgbouring countries can use only bus or train transport (only second class will be covered) that can`t exceed 100 Euro.
PARTICIPATION FEES
Each participant will pay a participation fee, which will be deducted from the tickets reimbursement.The fees are as follows:- UK, GR – 30 EURO- BG, TR, RO – 20 Euro- FYROM, Serbia – 15 EURO
