CfP: Leadership and Competitive Strategy in the Era of Globalization

The Association of the International Centre for Social Research and Policy Analysis in Tbilisi, Georgia and International Strategies, Inc. of Raleigh, North Carolina (USA) call for proposals for International Seminarâ€"LEADERSHIP AND COMPETITIVE STRATEGY IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION to be held on July 27-30, 2006 in Tbilisi, Georgia.


GENERAL FRAMEWORK

Intellectual people in the twenty-first century are being challenged to operate in an increasingly complex, interdependent, and dynamic global environment. Those involved in global business have to adjust their strategies and management styles to those regions of the world in which they want to operate, whether directly or through some form of alliance. This seminar will focus on the issues of global
management where the process of developing strategies, designing and operating systems, and working with people around the world are established to ensure sustained competitive advantage.

International Seminarâ€" LEADERSHIP AND COMPETITIVE STRATEGY IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION provides western experiences to increase the leadership skills and strategic thinking for gaining a competitive advantage in the global environment. This program challenges participants to grow as leaders, to shape powerful ideas into competitive solutions, and to think and manage differently in a changing political and business world.

In order to enable participants to advance their managerial and leadership skills, through lectures and case studies they will analyze cutting-edge strategies into extraordinary success. REGISTRATION

Registration Fee $ 580

The registration fee will cover the accommodation, airport pickup, breakfast, lunches, dinner, refreshments, conference materials and site visits to historical places outside Tbilisi.

TRAVEL

Travel costs to and from Georgia will be covered by the participants. Detailed information on travel visa procedures will be available upon request.
