Dear Friends,

I'm glad to announce you a training course on "Young Leaders of Tomorrow's Europe" project is prepared. For 8 days about 9 different EU countries will be in Turkey. In e globalized world socities are merged with the ties of brotherhood and international understanding. In these complicated socities the main property needed to develop is the leadership. Leadership doesn't mean management. One can reach it's targets by leading the life. Leadership is not only a political issue. People need leadership skills on their whole life; in family, at work, in schools and in social environment. Good parents are the leaders of the family that bear their children successfully. A good leader will be successful at his work by increasing the efficiency of the company. Also yongsters of today will be the leaders of tomorrow. They will either lead their socities in a way to reach some local aims or to develop
international understanding, brotherhood and to create international society. The future is in the hand of tomorrow's leaders.

In this course we will practice our leadership skills by sharing our experiences of some great leaders. We will analyze the leaders that created European Union by argueing their ideas, their plans and their dreams about united europe. Another aim of the course is while developing the leadership skills of the young leaders from several European countries to impress the importance of a peaceful united society and integration of different cultures. We will try to show that leadership starts with good will, listening and understanding each other. We are going to use formal and non-formal education tools with an intercultural dimension.

The course will be on 21-28 October 2006. 20th October is arrival and 29th October is departure days-(you are expected to be in Antalya on 20th October). We will stay at a hotel which is in a small town of Antalya. English is the official language.
