USA: Scholarship at Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri

Truman State University offers undergraduate students an affordable education in the rigorous and challenging academic environment of Missouri`s premier Liberal Arts and Sciences University.

One of the best values in higher education, Truman State is a public university with a student population of 5,410 located in quaint Kirksville, Missouri

With over 40 major programs of study in three colleges, the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Business, and the School of Health Sciences and Education, Truman State provides undergraduate students with a diverse aray of majors and minors. Truman State`s faculty, well-known for both teaching ability and personal academic achievement, highly encourage undergraduate research to further enrich the academic experience.

International student scholarships are available for undergraduate study at Truman State. The President`s Honorary Scholarship generally awards $1,000-$6,000 which is renewable at the end of the first two semesters. The Kirksville Rotary Club also offers one student per year a scholarship of one year full-tuition.

Application Deadline
General Admission: November 1 for Spring Semester; June 1 for Fall Semester.
Scholarships: Awarded with admission.

Eligibility Requirements

Scholarships
The President`s Honorary Scholarship is based on secondary school academic achievement and examination results. Selection for the Rotary Scholarships is made by the Kirksville Rotary Club.

General Admission
Incoming freshman must submit:
-A completed International Student Application for Admission
-TOEFL examination results
-An original or certified copy of secondary school academic transcripts or credentials
-A Documentation of Financial Support form
-A one page essay
-F1 Visa
