- Soft skills and Management Abilities in NGOs and associations, from 21 November till 10 December
This training provides the tools and techniques to improve your skills in a wide set of topics such as project management, team leading, handling conflict, effective meetings, effective communications, negotiation techniques, self-management, etc. It has been designed for everyone working within an organisation having to deal with projects, colleagues, tasks priorities and goals to achieve.
