The values of cultural and historical patrimony are representing not just the history of a nation, but constitute real resources for sustaining its present and future. The fast-moving life of the XXI century, with its modernist tendencies, tends to suffocate the historical monuments. Their restoration and valorization, using both classical and modern techniques, is representing a challenge for most of the specialists. In this context, Oradea City Hall, is organizing the second scientific session regarding the patrimony: The Yearly Conference for Patrimony, under the aegis of Oradea Fortress.
