The prospective post-doctoral research fellow will develop theoretical and numerical tools for the calculation of excitation spectra in condensed matter. The main aim of the project is the inclusion of many-body effects beyond the single quasi-particle picture, based on the Bethe-Salpeter equation and time-dependent density-functional perturbation theory. Code developement, documentation, and mainteinance for the forthcoming ETSF facility will be also part of the work.
