New Publication: Media reporting trends in 2007

Dear friends and colleagues,

Media Intelligence Agency has issued a special issue of its Examine magazine, on the way media reported on the key events in the region in 2007 and prospects in the New Year.

For Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2007 was a year of many downs and few ups for BiH, and it went from bad to worse. However, sudden initialing of the Stabilization and Association Agreement helped ending the year with a dose of optimism… Compared to the 1990s, it appears that Serbia made a lot of progress. While it fought some difficult battles this year, biggest of them are yet to follow. 2008 will truly be a turning point for Serbia. Some critical decisions are to be made, as stability of entire region depends on them… Croatia moved a long way ahead from its neighbors. Nevertheless, Croatians are still fixated by war crimes, corruption and uneasy political agreements.

Magazine also features the Media Personalities of The Year and gives a brief overview of the events unrelated to politics that marked 2007.
