v WHAT IS EU YOUTH PROGRAMME/ACTION 4.3 PROJECT?
The Youth in Action Programme addresses young people aged between 13 and 30 who are legally resident in one of the Programme Countries or, depending on the nature of the Action, in one of the Partner Countries, as well as other actors in the field of youth and non-formal education.The main target group of the Programme are young people between 15 and 28 years.
The Programme is open to all young people independently of their level of education or social and cultural background
Most types of project co-financed by the Youth in Action Programme require a partnership to be established between two or more partners. A distinction is made between Programme Countries and Partner Countries.
Action 4.3 (Training and networking of those active in youth work and youth organisations) : A Training and Networking Project is based on a partnership of a minimum of two partnersfrom different Programme Countries. Applications may be submitted by non-profit organisations or associations or local, regional or national public bodies involved in youth work or by informal groups of young people. For Job Shadowing and Feasibility Visits at least two partners involving at least two countries are required, for Evaluation Meetings, Study Visits, Partnership- Building Activities, Seminars and Training Courses at least four partners involving at least four countries, of which at least one is an EU Member State and for Networking at least six partners involving at least six countries, of which at least one is an EU Member State are necessary.
v AIMS AND TARGETS OF THE PROJECT
* Youth Meeting: To create a platform of meeting, discussion and cooperation by gathering the European Youth who are interested in discover to talent.
* Inquiry / Opinion Poll: To find of European youth generation outlooks, concerns and level of knowledge.
* Exchange of ideas and knowledge: Getting Exchange of ideas among the teamwork of participants during the seminar.
* Learning Aims: Supplying education of discover to talents and professional guide.
* Sensitivity: During the seminar, to discover our capabilities and use it for main purpose.
* Promoting Cooperation: To promote the cooperation among partners and keep them work together for apparent actions at the end of the seminar
* Local studies: To develop awareness about pre-determine targets and to get the student involved taking actions with different companies and associations.
* To establish an internet site as Project outcome
v EXPECTATIONS FROM PARTICIPANTS
* Participant Profile: Interested in discover to talent , can put forward to an idea about this subject, to get productive participation aged between 18-25 years old young people
* Common Preparation before the Seminar: Researches on the subject which will be done before the seminar, questionnaires at local level, professional guide of participant countries etc.
* Expectations During the Seminar: Active participation in the activities (workshops, panel, etc.), to be open-minded to new solutions etc.
v SEMINAR PROGRAM
* Arrivals / Meeting
* First Questionnaire : General Opinion of The Participants on Discover of Talent
* Workshops :
o Research – Presentation : Organize seminar in high school about discover to talent
o Brainstorming : New and Creative methods for professional guide
o Discussion:Same and different ways of different countries games.
* Cultural Visit : Museum, theatre etc.
* Last Questionnaire and Outcome Report: Discussing what has been learned and achieved through the project preparing an outcome report including solutions to problems according to the information and ideas that have been developed
* Final Panel: Presentation and discussion of the results
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:
* Warm Up Games
* ‘Welcome to Turkey ’ Party
* Visiting Touristic Places
* Intercultural Night
And There Will Be Many Other Interesting Activities Which You Never Want To Miss!
v FINANCE
It is expected the project to be financed by European Commission (EU Education and Youth Programme). Therefore; food, accommodation, trips, activities will be fully covered, and also % 70 of travel costs will be supplied. There is no participation fee.
