The Krzy¿owa Foundation for Mutual Understanding from Poland invites young scientists, artists, interpreters and journalists for a one month-stay with scholarship at the International Youth Meeting Center at Krzy¿owa.
We encourage graduates, PhD Students and scientists, who deal, among others, with the history of political relations in Europe, the issue totalitarism; in the 20th century, the theme of national identity or the present historical consciousness. The choice of issues and the result of the work should be closely associated with the activities of the International Youth Meeting Center and the Historic Site at Krzy¿owa.
At the same time, we want to inspire artists, musicians and authors, for whom this place and its people, connected with the present or past of Krzy¿owa, might offer a possible source of inspiration for their own creativity.
We expect close cooperation in the field of program activity of the Krzy¿owa Foundation.

Accomodation is granted by an appartement with three single rooms for the participants of the programm, one common kitchen and bathroom. You are going to live in the central place of the foundation in the village of Krzy¿owa, 60 km south of Breslau. We offer full board in our dinning room and if you don't want it, you will be paid back. Apart from that, we offer monthly fee on the base of a contract as well as the costs for travelling to Krzy¿owa and several business trips.
