. Academic or professional internship in the U.S.
. 3-18 months in length
. Both paid and unpaid
. Opportunity to gain professional experience and learn about American culture first-hand

Forestry and Fishing
Health-Related Occupations
Hospitality and Hotel Management
Industrial Occupations
Journalism and Communications

Library Science
Management and Business
Mathematics
Public Administration
Social Science
Internships must consist of practical training directly related to your academic or professional field.
Applicants must:
. Be a full-time student in an undergraduate or graduate program OR
. Be a working professional with at least two years of experience in their field;
AND
. Be under the age of 40
. Apply for a practicum related to their professional or academic field;
. Demonstrate sufficient English to function in a U.S. work environment;
. Be able to secure a U.S. visa;
. Demonstrate sufficient financial resources to live in the U.S.
