The aim of the ULB-MSU International Summer School 2005 is to provide its participants with an extensive understanding of the external relations of the European Union (EU) put into context. Applicants must either have a university degree or professional experience in the field of international relations. Applications from students having completed at least 3 years of undergraduate study will also be considered. Selected applicants have to submit their most recent
university transcript, or a copy of their university degree before the start of the program. All applicants must be fluent in English.
