7th EURO<26 International Summer Camp (Zadar, Croatia, 14 - 21 August 2006)

We are pleased to invite EURO<26 cardholders to join us for the seventh International summer camp from 14th until 21st of August in Zadar, Croatia.

a.. The goal of EURO<26 International Summer Camp is to give opportunities to young people coming from different countries to spend an active and joyful week together in the beautiful Croatian coastal town of Zadar, to discover beauties of Croatia and to discuss the EURO<26 project. The working language will be English.


a.. Camp is organized by the Croatian Youth Hostel Association / Euro26 Croatia. All participants should register as soon as possible because the number of participants is limited and not later then 20th of July. All participants should have a EURO<26 card and should be between age of 16 and 26. They should be able to work in English.

a.. Participation fee per person - 155 EUR, which includes lodging, all meals and two day trips to National parks. The travel costs to and from Zadar are not covered.

a.. The hostel is situated in the Borik tourist resort, just 20 meters from the beach and a nice Yacht Marine. The hostel is 5 km away from the city centre. There are 308 beds in the hostel (4- and 6- bedded rooms with toilet and showers on the floor). There is also a restaurant with a bar and sport grounds as well as the multifunctional room with about 100 seats. More information on www.hfhs.hr .


Zadar is the cultural centre of Northern Dalmatia, well known from the Ancient, Medieval and Venetian period. The old city centre is situated on a peninsula with lots of monuments, churches and museums. The most famous is the octagonal Pre-Romanesque church of St. Donatus (9th century), but also the Cathedral of St. Anastasia and St. Kersovan Church are ancient beauties (12th century).
