Postdoctoral positions are open at the Division of Molecular Neurobiology, Department of Neuroscience, Karolinska Institute, Stockholm.
We are looking for cell &molecular biologists to join our team investigating novel mechanisms of neurotrophic factor signalling in the nervous system combining structure-function studies and genetic approaches in mice.
The laboratory is located amid other 10 high-profile groups of the Center of Excellence in Developmental Biology (www.cedb.se), one of the most vibrant and productive research environments in Scandinavia.
The positions announced involve the generation and characterization of novel genetic models of GDNF and neurotrophin receptor signaling in mice. Thus, strong experience in mouse genetics and the CNS development will be an important asset to the successful applicant.
