The Institute of Public Affairs (IPA) and The Institute for Public Policy (IPP) will grant 8 fellowships for citizens of the Republic of Moldova who wish to conduct research, learn how to write professional policy papers and look for new contacts in Poland. The programme invites applicants that wish to strengthen their skills in
drafting policy papers, have previous research experience, leadership background and potential and good knowledge of English.
Knowledge of Polish would be an asset. The fellowship programme will last from mid October 2006 to December 2006 and includes a short training period in Poland, followed by research and preparation of a policy paper under the supervision of a Polish tutor. The programme will cover the travel and accommodation expenses in Warsaw and will offer a research grant of 300 USD.
