I wish to bring to your attention two posts of consultants that were just announced by UNDP Regional Centre for Europe and the CIS in Bratislava: Gender/Gender Mainstreaming Specialist Human Rights/Rights Based Approach Specialist. The consultants would be involved in the development of the toolkit on how to apply human rights based approach and gender mainstreaming in local governance programming. This toolkit is intended for UNDP staff as well as for their local partners.
