Postdoctoral Position in Health Care Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology

MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics invites applications for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate (initially limited to one year) focused on researching the Health Care Supply Chains.

Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting independent research, assisting and taking leadership in writing manuscripts, meeting with project sponsors, and assisting the Research Director in all matters related to the project.

Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge in more than one of the following topics: health economics, health policy, hospital management, health care financing, economics of pharmaceutical industry, effects of regulation on the health care industry, selling and distribution of medical products via different channels, economics of drug innovation, and health care supply chains.

Preference will be given to a candidate with methodological experience that includes survey methods research and statistical analysis of complex data.

Minimum Requirement: PhD in a related field
