Citizens from the ENP countries (Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, Palestinian Authority, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine) and Russia have the chance to get a full-scholarship (tuition fee, travel and accommodation costs) from the European Commission in order to participate in one of the Master Programmes on European Integration offered by different higher education institutions based in the EU member states.

Criteria:
* Citizen or resident of Russia or an ENP country
* University diploma
* Knowledge of English and another EU official language
* Letter of motivation for scholarship
