Up to 30 participants from Programme and Neighbouring Partner Countries and Programme Countries
Participants should be former or future leaders of youth groups on youth exchanges, mainly organized under Action 3.1. The training aims to provide them with non formal learning possibility to acquire competences that are necessary for one leader to have. We will start with need analysis of the group and each member and than go through understanding of purpose and features of youth exchanges, group dynamic, participation, learning and inclusion of young people.
Soon, participants of this training course will be responsible for group of young people and this is an opportunity to prepare for such experience. We are open to all candidates and we encourage those who plan/wish/organize/ already know they will be leaders in 2009 to apply.

The South Eastern European Youth Network (SEEYN) is a network organization involving 15 member NGOs in an attempt of overcoming differences among societies that have recent tradition of conflicts through bringing young people from entire South Eastern Europe region to work together on global issues.
