Two Postdoc Postions - SOLAR CELLS, National Nanotechnology Laboratory of CNR-INFM, Italy

The National Nanotechnology Laboratory of CNR-INFM (Lecce-ITALY) invites application for two Post-Doc positions to work on research and development of novel photovoltaic devices.

The proposed research concern the development of new materials and new architectures suitable for the realization of :
1) Organic-Thin-Film Solar Cells
2) Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC)

The activities will be carried out within a project sponsored by an industrial group leader in Italian renewable energy market which is strongly devoted to develop new solutions in the field of energy saving. The applicant will work within a multidisciplinary research team. His/her R&D activity will focus on electro-optic design of devices, improvement of generated charges collection, application of low cost materials and processing, optimization of devices stability.
The positions are open to postdocs ( eventually also to predocs) with a good background either in: 1) applied physics ; 2) photonics; 3) materials engineering.

Duration: one year, starting from summer but possibly earlier, renewable up to three years contingent on mutual consent
