Seeking research postdoctoral fellow to train for 2 or more years. Should have experience in basic biochemical and molecular biology techniques. Experience using small animal transgenic models or willingness to learn. Experience or education in cardiovascular biology and physiology.
My lab is small, so you will get hands-on education as well as larger group teaching in format of research-in-progress and journal clubs in our cardiovascular biology group (weekly basis). You will learn novel cardiovascular techniques including physiology (invasive and non-invasive) for use in transgenic models. It is an exciting time to have such skills and these will put you in an excellent position for your transition to independence or industry!
