Postdoc: Child Psychiatry and Brain Maturation at IOP - King's College, London

We would like to invite applications for a postdoctorate researcher starting in January 2011. This is a 12 month position on a project in an NIHR funded programme of research called ‘Crossing the Divide' that aims to investigate issues relating to the transition from child to adult services. This component of the programme is concerned with the evaluation of the sensitivity and specificity of the Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R) and the Development and Well Being Assessment (the DAWBA) against expert clinical diagnosis.

Details

The successful candidate will have a psychology PhD as well as postgraduate research in a relevant field. They will also be familiar with the assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders.

Salary

Starting salary range £33,070 pa (inclusive of £2,323 pa London Allowance).

Post duration

The post is funded for 12 months.
