Short Abstract
The length of abstracts is limited to two hundred words. Abstracts must be sent to the Symposium Secretariat no later than the June 19th, 2006 . Abstracts must have the full name and affiliation of the authors (Author Name, Institution, City, and Country). Authors of accepted papers will be notified via electronic mails.
Full Paper
The full papers in MS WORD, no more than 8 pages, must be e-mailed to the Symposium Secretariat(silkroad_eu@ibsu.edu.ge) by September 1st, 2006. Papers will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Accepted papers will be included in the final program of the symposium.
Instructions for Presentations
Oral presentations of selected papers will be carried in three sessions. For each paper presented in the symposium, a period of 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion, will be allotted. In each room of the presentations, a computer, a projector, and a single screen will be available.
Remarks
The Symposium will be in English, Georgian, Turkish, and Russian. Presentations and papers must be in one of above mentioned languages. Abstracts of accepted papers will be included in the book of abstracts. However, papers not presented in the symposium will be excluded from the Symposium Book.
Participants should meet their accomondation and traveling costs by themselves.
Upon request, symposium staff will help participants with hotel reservations in Tbilisi .
