Project Title: Carrot cavity spot - the effects of non-carrot crops on the levels of relevant Pythium species in the soil under the supervision of Dr Dez Barbara.

HDC Studentships are available to overseas candidates. It is a requirement of the studentships that candidates from outside the UK and EU will pay the overseas student tuition fees and will need to pass an IELTS or TOEFL English Language proficiency test. You must have or expect to receive a first or upper second class honours degree in a Biological Science subject or other appropriate subject by start of studentship

There is an annual stipend of £12,300.
