Hello everyone,
The European Law Students’ Association - ELSA Bucharest has the pleasure to present the fourth edition of the International Law School “LAW IS BETTER THAN WAR!”, which will be held between the 3rd and the 14th of December 2006, in Bucharest, Romania. The theme of this year is searching to cover the most important aspects of world terrorism under the name of ‘Human Rights in times of TERRORISM’.
The International Law School “LAW IS BETTER THAN WAR!” is offering for the fourth time to ELSA members, law students and young lawyers, the opportunity to pursue their interest in major international issues involving the respect of human rights and concentrates this time on the impact terrorism has over the respect of human rights.
The Law School will also include a three days Moot Court Competition between the 11th and the 13th of December and a Conference on the 10th of December in celebration of the Human Rights Day and 25 years of ELSA.

The participation fee includes: accommodation, meals, courses and the Mountains Trip
- ELSA Members from favoured countries: 18 Euros/ day (180 Euros/event)
- ELSA Members from non-favoured countries: 23 Euros/day (230Euros/event)
- ELSA Alumni: 28 Euros/day (280 Euros/event)
- Non-ELSA Member: 33 Euros/day (330 Euros/event)
- Non-Student: 33 Euros/day (330 Euros/event)

The selected participants will be announced on 29.10.2006 and after that they should pay an advance fee of 50 Euros before 10.11.2006
