Our client is a multinational company in food industry who is searching for HIGH POTENTIAL GRADUATES from technical field for their roles as a:

(Jr.) Process Engineers or
(Jr.) Future Technical Project Managers

In this job you will drive different engineering projects in our food factories spread over Europe. You develop and create the technology asset base to produce new and innovative products. You are also responsible for the projects that will deliver modifications of the production lines to improve the quality, food safety, human safety and the cost structure in the food factories. Our base is near Rotterdam), but you will be working for all European Food Factories (B, F, UK). Optimize the results across the Food Segment, specifically on the use of (new) innovative processes and machines, all while keeping in mind the rules and requirements on food safety, quality and our standards. Developing engineering concepts for adaptations in existing and new equipment and translate these concepts into details designs with the corresponding estimates of the cost. Initiate and execute projects which will lead to long-term competitive advantage for the company within the/ for this purpose available budget and time.

Ingredients:

� Professional Training College degree /University degree (Graduate in summer/autumn 2007), in any technical field - Mechanics, Process, Electro technology, Operational Engineering, Nautical, IT etc.

� Relevant work experience/practicu m during the faculty in technical functional areas is a strong plus.

� Keen to prove affinity and capabilities in project management.

� Motivated by new technical issues and experimenting to find new solutions.

� Strong team player who is challenged by how to work in a multi cultural environment.

� Creative approach in solving problems.

� Computer skills: MS Office.

� Excellent language skills, orally and written in English is mandatory; language skills in any other European language is a plus.

� Prepared to travel in Europe (during weekdays, about 60% of your time).
