The scientific work should be related to one of the following six tasks:
[1]. Mastering methods for labelling radiopharmaceuticals with 99mTc;
[2]. Learning methods for labelling with 188Re, and developing novel potential therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals;
[3]. Developing methods of labelling biomolecules with alpha-emitting 211At, by means of stable complexes of At- with chelates of soft metal cations;
[4]. Physicochemical studies on novel complexes of technetium, rhenium, lanthanides, astatine etc. as potential radiopharmaceuticals;
[5]. Development of methods for obtaining selected radionuclides for manufacturing radiopharmaceuticals, including alpha-emitters and metal radionuclides for Positron Emission Tomography (PET), as well as methods for developing radionuclide generators;
[6]. Development of methods for radiopharmaceuticals purification and analytical methods of purity control.
The main elements of work for the guest researchers are: (1) presenting lectures and seminars; (2) training the ICHTJ staff; and (3) initiating joint research projects in radiopharmaceutical chemistry and participating in the joint research
