PhD student in Computer science (University of Luxembourg)

The University of Luxembourg is looking within the Laboratory of Algorithmics, Cryptology and Security (LACS) of its Faculty of Science, Technology and Communication for a :

Under the direction of a professor, the assistant will be in charge of teaching and research activities. He/She will complete his/her scientific and pedagogical education with the aim to obtain a PhD in Computer Science.

The successful candidate will work on latency, secure routing and privacy issues in peer-to-peer overlay networks.

We are looking for a highly engaged researcher with an MSc degree in computer science or related areas. A good knowledge of security aspects of computer science is expected. A good mathematical background is a plus. Proficiency in French or English is required.
