*Welcome to the international meeting of young people, youth leaders and youth workers active in the field of youth policy development! *

The purpose of the meeting is to contribute to efforts of civil sector in SEE to ensure substantial youth participation in youth policy development processes.

*Objectives* :

- Create opportunity for youth leaders and youth workers to share experiences, best practices and tools for youth participation in the processes of youth policy development, implementation, monitoring and revision
- Create opportunity for young people to share experiences and asses the process of youth policy development from the perspective of quality youth participation
- Maximize the opportunities for exchange of perspectives and experiences of young people and youth workers/leaders on the youth policy and youth participation

The meeting will result in guidelines, criteria and recommendations for youth participation in such processes that will be distributed to identified relevant stakeholders in SEE.

*Participants* : 28 *young people, youth leaders, volunteers and youth workers* from Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Romania.

*Organizers* : *Forum MNE* Montenegro, *Triagolnik* Macedonia, *CZOR*Vojvodina,
*CORNO* Bosnia and Hercegovina. The seminar is funded by *European Youth Foundation*.

*Travel, board and lodging*: Board and lodging will be provided by the organizers free of charge, in a youth hostel situated in beautiful Montenegrin countryside. Participants' travel expenses will be reimbursed.
